Choose a moment
that matters.
A quiet morning. A focused afternoon. A slower evening. Define when you want a little support with Instagram.
Discover the habits behind your screen time. We’re building IntoAIm to help you make intentional choices, with optional personalized AI guidance and more space for what matters.
Start small. Stay in control. Make it yours.
You chose to make room for a slower evening.
9:00 – 11:00 pm
Your pace. Your choice.
Small pause.
More possibility.
Simple boundaries, calm reminders, and room to change your mind. Here’s the intended experience for our first private beta.
A quiet morning. A focused afternoon. A slower evening. Define when you want a little support with Instagram.
The goal is to create space between an urge and your next action. Return to your plan, or choose to keep scrolling.
Optional AI-powered insights are being designed to help you recognize recurring usage patterns and suggest personalized support timing. You decide which changes fit your life.
Planned experience. Support will depend on your phone and permissions. A manual timer measures elapsed time; it does not detect Instagram use or when you leave the app.
Pick a moment. See how a simple protected-time plan could fit into your day.
Explore an example. This doesn’t monitor or block any apps.
Let the first moments of your day belong to you. A coffee, a stretch, a little quiet.
A window for support, not a daily screen-time allowance.
Understanding your patterns starts with curiosity. IntoAIm is being built to help you reclaim time for what matters, with a few simple commitments.
Get to know IntoAImStart with the times you choose. Keep your plan understandable, editable, and easy to pause.
A longer session doesn’t tell the whole story. Your intentions matter more than a number on a chart.
Learning is optional. The aim is to offer useful suggestions, with clear permission and control over what changes.
What if the right reminder could help you choose again?
Opening Instagram can be intentional. Staying longer than you meant to can happen almost without noticing. IntoAIm starts in that gap between an intention and a habit.
We’re an early-stage product team building a more considerate relationship with digital attention. Our first step is deliberately focused: one app, a plan you understand, and a useful moment to decide.
What we’re working towardHelp people notice automatic use and make a deliberate next choice, without shame or pressure.
A future where digital support respects your attention, understands when it is welcome, and leaves you in control. We’re exploring that future one careful step at a time.
The planned experience includes editing your plan, pausing support, and resuming when you’re ready. Choosing to continue is still a choice.
Our product requirements keep raw activity on your device and minimize what is retained. Product agreement, phone access, and AI learning are separate decisions.
AI learning is planned as optional and off by default. The plan is designed to work without it. Useful adaptive timing is a goal we still need to test.
We’re still building and testing. We don’t claim proven time savings, perfect prediction, or the ability to identify what you watch inside Instagram.
Make room for what matters with IntoAIm. Choose your phone to find the app.
A calmer relationship with your screen, one intentional choice at a time.
Keep your intentions close. Create a little space for the things you care about.
IntoAIm is a product in development that aims to help you use Instagram more intentionally. Choose protected times, make a simple plan, and find a moment to decide what comes next.
Not yet. App Store and Google Play links, along with QR codes, will appear in the download section when the app is available.
Optional AI learning is being designed to recognize recurring usage patterns and suggest more useful support timing. It starts off by default, and you decide whether to enable it and which suggestions to accept. These capabilities are planned and still need validation.
We are not promising a hard app blocker or Reels-specific detection. The planned experience supports intentional choices around Instagram as an app; it cannot identify what you watch inside it. Available reminders depend on your phone and permissions.
A manual timer path is planned for people who do not grant usage access. You start the timer yourself. It measures elapsed time, not Instagram use, and cannot detect when you leave the app.
No. The goal is to make room for intentional use. You choose your protected times and can choose to continue, pause support, or change your plan.
Protected time is the window when you want support. Session Time is your intended visit length within that window, rather than a daily allowance. Measurement varies by platform: the limited iPhone test uses cumulative Instagram usage, while a manual timer counts elapsed time.
Our product direction is to keep raw activity on your device and minimize what is retained. Phone access and optional AI learning are separate choices. Final privacy information will be available before beta participation.
That is something we need to learn with people using the product. Our immediate goal is useful, understandable support for intentional choice. We do not yet have participant results proving effectiveness or time saved.
